I love grilling, frying, and cook outside. I've only had the griddle for a couple of months and I was a little nervous using it the first time mostly due to my inexperience working with a griddle, but it really after seasoning the cooktop, it couldn't be much easier. I've used it several times to cook entire meals and keep the heat out of our kitchen.
I love this thing.

My new Weber 28" griddle works beautifully. Can do it all from hot dogs, burgers, sausage peppers and onions. It's the King of breakfast. Pancakes, eggs, bacon at its best. I love it!

Very even heating, lots of cooking space to make delicious dishes for the entire family. This griddle is simple to use, like Weber products are known for. It has everything I need, nothing that I don’t. My family loves the great dishes we are making from breakfast to smash burgers to Mongolian chicken and fajitas.

So far so good. Clear, well written directions were very easy to follow while assembling this grill. The quality of the materials are great and what I expect from the Weber brand.
