This Weber Griddle is so awesome, it’s built very well and strong just like all Weber products it has a good warranty. Cooking on the griddle is easy and cooks very quickly due to the griddle gets very hot and easy to control temperature. I would recommend Weber griddle over the Black Stone.

I watched several videos on proper use, how to season, and lots of "helpful hints" for before attempting to use it myself. Three things I would recommend for starters... first, it takes time to season the grill properly (plan accordingly). Second, have what you want to cook prepared and near the grill (everything cooks faster than you think). Lastly, keep paper towels close (helps clean the surface and utensils while cooking). This was gifted to me recently and I'm still learning the different heat levels to cook with. From what I've learned thus far, start hot then adjust as necessary.

More than surprised with performance of the 28” Griddle. Very different than traditional grill. I’ve been cooking with cast iron all my life and the griddle to me is just a big iron skillet. Wife wants pancakes and fried eggs bout every other day. Best grilling I’ve ever done.
