I bought the griddle at the recommendation of my son-in-law, who has had one for a few years. It was fairly easy to assemble with the help of my wife reading the instructions. I’ve used it four or five times after having seasoned it very thoroughly. The three burners, make it easy to cook different items at different temperatures. The griddle is a good size for our knees, but I have seen larger ones that. Have much larger capacity. I have always had a barbecue grill so this is my first griddle. I have been using grill mats on my barbecue, so purchasing a griddle and cooking on a griddle was similar to grill mats. so far I have cooked swordfish, filet mignon, stirfry, scallops, and crabcakes. All of these meals have turned out great.
