Great for breakfast, egg, pancakes, bacon and potatoes! So far have also used it for steak and burgers. Steak came out great, 5 - 7 minutes on high for each side depending on temperature preference. Equal to a good steakhouse!

Very pleased with this griddle. Mobile but sturdy; solid. I compared this to a competitor's griddle and it was flimsy in comparison. Excellent even heat distribution across the griddle surface - no hot or cold spots. Cooking temps are easy to control.

Good quality except assembly tools. I severly /deeply cut my finger when the provided wrench jumped out of the nut while tightening. Painfull to say the least and blood all over the place. I recommend to use proper tools and wear safety gloves. The griddle is not perfectly flat otherwise but deformation is minor and visible only while scrapping food remains out. Last point, aluminum grease collector too expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our Weber gas barbeque we have had for 30 years, and our Weber Kettle Barbeque with the table we have had for 20 years and both have been wonderful. My next Weber purchase will be the Weber Natural gas Barbeque. We will never buy another brand of Barbeque or Griddle. It's Weber all the way
