I've had this device and while the manual doesn't quite match the device I'm quite happy with it, and it matches the readings on my main blood pressure device. Just don't be shy about calling tech support. You may need it to get over the manual discrepancies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Accurate but it’s gigantic

This is really a wrist BP monitor, not a watch. It is bulky and heavy. I bought the “medium” size but it is really a large size. The bezel is a beautiful piece, but the thickness of the bezel with the inflatable bladder is 1-1/8” and the watch bezel is over 2” in diameter. I am an average size guy, but I ended returning mine, because of its size. It is as accurate as a standard BO monitor if used as indicated. Their app is ok, but nothing spectacular.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product in December 2018 and waited until May 2019 to receive the product. I was very excited to receive it, especially after waiting so long. It was sleek and pretty, just too big. I am medium boned and have a strong forearm and wrist as a female, but it was still just too big. I could get past the size, though, to have the convenience of the blood pressure measurement. But then, every blood pressure measure was too much below my usual correct blood pressure. HTN is a silent disease - having an artificially low reading would lead to complacency. Additionally, higher accuracy is my expectation for this cost.

I really like the convenience of being able to monitor my blood pressure. Easy to use and not awkward to wear at all. My blood pressure can occasionally be high so I like to be able to keep track when I can and this is a great device to do so.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs better firmware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered on December, arrived in early April. I used for a week, but I simply could not get used to the band fit and bulk, my wrist is on the small side, the band floats a bit on the wrist on both sides of the face, even when I tighten the band as much as I can the band floats. The watch face is huge and heavy specially as sleep monitor: The firmware is very badly implemented. The automatic sleep feature does not work. If you wake up in the night, it forgets about the first part of your sleep and starts counting again when you get back to sleep. In the manual sleep mode, does the same thing and as a result I do not get reliable sleep data from the device. I hope that the firmware can be updated, but I have not seen such feature in the app. I do not wish to compare, But I purchased it because the name, I have other devices that are priced much lower that it, and they do a much better job, they are updated on a regular basis to correct the devise’s firmware to improve its functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch. It's pretty big but its the blood pressure cuff that makes it feel really bulky. It's bigger and heavier than regular smartwatches but alot. It's pretty easy to use and the display is clear, though it's smaller than it could be considering the size of the watch. I also found the measurements to be very accurate, and not just for wrist cuffs which aren't as accurate as arm cuffs. You can use the watch without the app, but it will constantly remind you to connect to the app. The charging is a bit weird as it's three pieces, the block, the cable, and the clip. Since the charger is proprietary if you want to have a second one for a travel bag you'll have to buy it from them. It doesn't have a touch screen. The battery is not replaceable and the documentation said it's good for about 500 cycles. The charge lasts for a couple of days so that's about a 3 year life cycle or so. The watch is not water resistant to if you want to track your movements during exercise or check your BP, you can't.
The app. When you set it up you have put to in alot of personal information to even connect it to your device. You also have to give the app permission to pretty much all the information on your phone. For example, you can't choose to just use the app and not have it sync with your contacts, etc. Also, the data from the device is stored outside of the US but it doesn't say where. Once its set up the app is pretty easy to use. The data syncs up pretty quick.
Overall, I think the watch and the app work pretty well but it would be nice if the watch was water resistant and the app allowed more control over the permissions.
