The BP readings are accurate. Drawbacks to the watch are - 1) it comes with 1 charging clip, I wanted to purchase a spare clip, when I called support I was told they don't sell them separate from the watch. 2) Charging the watch takes a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off this watch is huge and would not be an ideal choice to wear as a primary smart watch. I I I I I Have the medium band and was way too big. There is supposed to be a cuff sleeve but was not in the box that might had made a difference in fitment.
Most attempts at taking blood pressure ended up with error messages. The device is very sensitive to proper position and you can not read the stats as the watch face is facing outward and briefly flashes on the display before clearing. When it takes measurements it was not very accurate and gave an overly low pressure reading.
The App was easy to install and had nice simple tutorials but the user interface needs improvement. After a few days of use my measurements still do not appear on the app and the status continues to just say syncing. The other functions on the watch include steps and heart rate and that is all. The screen is not touch sensitive.
The concept is very cool and in theory should be easier to check and monitor blood pressure but in every day application this is not practical. My father is on blood pressure medication and has a portable home use monitor and found it much easier and extremely accurate and putting on the cuff was easier then trying to strap this watch and position perfectly. 5 Star on innovation and a 2 star in usability especially if this is targeted at older demographics.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to read and use. Easy setup. I highly recommend buying a screen protector film to avoid scratching. Once connected it’s very easy to get a blood pressure reading in seconds. My first impression when taking it out of the box was that it is very bulky, but that's understandable. Connectivity is faultless and the app works smoothly. Battery life is great - after continuous use. Setting the watch up was simple. Once you download the app to your phone it walks you thru everything. The battery life is great. I have worn this watch for over a week already and still do not need to recharge it. This watch does show how many steps I’ve taken, and it also shows miles walked for day and calories burned. It is set to take my heart rate continuously. I’m given a notification when i hit my goal of steps and miles. I can set the watch by type of activity I’m doing. Its like a smart watch but better love the inflatable cuff within the watch band to take a blood pressure reading. I love setting personal daily reminders and getting notifications when I receive calls, texts or emails on my smartphone. I can wear this all day without any issues. The screen has great contrast, vivid colors, and has excellent brightness. The heart rate monitor and tracker is very responsive the charging capability is faster. My wearable blood pressure monitor helps me monitor my blood pressure, I can kept my blood pressure down and continue to exercise to become healthier. Blood Pressure Monitor is very accurate compared to other monitors I've tried. Through it’s Bluetooth connectivity I can monitor and plot my BP through the Heart Advisor free app. My doctor wanted me to measure 2x everyday for a month. I do not have to keep records on paper thanks to the wireless feature. It uses Bluetooth to communicate with the app. I've had success from day one and it's easy to use. I've been very pleased with ease of use and accuracy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have all but good thing to say about this watch . Loos great ! Looks like a nice name brand expensive watch . Ontop of being great looking , it can read you your blood pressure , show you your sleeping patterns , alert you when your blood pressure is abnormal !? Yeah this is a great addition to anyone with abnormal blood pressure like me . This watch can literally be a life saver . I would absolutely buy this watch again with no hesitation. Just being able to have your blood pressure taken when you’re going on through your day is amazing . Only thing that could be fixed is maybe a smaller thinner band maybe . Not bothersome but if I had to nitpick . A+ all around.

Returning. Stop charging after third charge

It work successfully for about a week. Then could not get it to give blood pressure reading next week. A week later it will not charge. Completely dead. Returning for refund

Great to measure BP on the go

Uniques FDA approved device to measure blood pressure on the go. Definitely beats the hospital's 24 hour BP monitor, although the latter can measure during sleep. The biggest weak spot is the Android app...it is awful...drains your phone battery right down and the only way to stop that is to turn the app off.

Primarily it's a Blood Pressure Monitor that collects BP, Pulse, Sleep Duration, Weight and Exercise readings, to mention a few, over a period of time. Manual Readings can also be entered if visiting a store or Doctors office. I was astounded to find that once collected, any or all historical information can be shared via email to a care provider, person or facility of choice in either PDF or Excel format. If ever a high or abnormal reading or irregular heart beat is indicated it immediately notifies the wearer. This gave me peace of mind to know I could rely on something more than feelings to monitor my health.

Also available is a reminder that allows documentation of an activity (such as taking medication) posting both date and time of the activity then allowing the user to fill in details later. This helped me keep track of medication added unexpectedly to my normal regimen.
Other attributes of the BP8000 I like - It's a watch that also notifies you of incoming calls, emails and text messages with a small buzz to the wrist. By the press of a button I could review my Blood Pressure, Steps taken and Sleep attained the previous night.
The value added to this device is the support team that stands by to answer questions in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. It was through support that I was able to use this product so effectively in a short period of time. I can't say enough about this aspect for the end user. Priceless!!
For the person concerned about their heart health this is a device I'd highly recommend. I can't wait to discover other features I've not to this point found.
