Doesn't play more than 5 secs of song

My daughter was gifted this doll but it only plays 5 secs of the song. Someone suggested it was in demo mode but there is no button to change this and no tab that they speak of. Apparently the tab that gets pulled out can break and has happened for a few people. My daughter is very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the tab was not automatically pulled out and the doll remains in try-me mode after being removed from the package, please look at her back to see if the plastic pull tab is still there. If it is still there, you can pull to remove it and the doll will go into normal play mode. Singing Elsa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first sight, the singing Elsa doll was definitely a treat for my daughter who happens to be a huge fan of the movie. My daughter was excited to open the package and she immediately pressed the button on Elsa to start the song. Joy filled my daughter as she began singing along “Let it go” from the movie. She kept repeating the song for several minutes as she danced to the tune. Although it is great to have the featured song from the movie, there is only one song. In addition, the song last for only a few seconds.
Overall my daughter really likes the doll and continues to play with it.

Need more lyrics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Elsa singing doll/Barbie. Details on point hair, facial features, materials everything was good. Now as for the electronics singing portion of the item it’s lacks more lyrics. I wish it did more of the song not just the 3-4 words of the “let it go” verse. But overall she enjoy the toy 100%

Great doll, but very short song segment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Elsa doll is a great companion to the singing Anna doll. I think the Elsa doll that I got was defective though, since she only sings about 6 words before the song stops. The Anna singing doll sings a much longer portion of the song. Other than that, the doll is great quality and my daughter loves playing with her.

Great doll for a hit movie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Disney Frozen Singing Elsa really does look just like Elsa! Both our girls and boys have been having fun playing with this Elsa doll. Her beautiful blue dress comes all the way down to her feet. She has pretty sparkly blue high heel shoes on that can be taken off. Her pretty long blonde hair is soft and easy to brush and style. The part my kids love the most is pushing the button to hear Elsa sing "Let it go". It sounds exactly like it does in the movie. One push starts the singing and another push will stop it. Imaginative play is endless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was very excited to receive this, but she did not play with it very long. The sound was so loud that she kept saying to shut it off. Very pretty and great quality and size. I would suggest adding an volume setting or make it quieter.
