My new filter is installed and keeps sending alerts that it is completely used and asking me to order a new filter. Very frustrating.

This product is amazing. It seems to clean the air the minute I turn it on and my breathing improves within five minutes. It is durable, light weight, I can run it all day if necessary, and it produces a nice, light, cool breeze which is a plus in summer. I particularly like that it has a sensor that tells me when the filter needs cleaning. I endorse this product without reservation and I would buy it again. Thank you Blueair for helping me breath.

These were the first replacement filters we ordered for our 2 units. They came quickly and installation was easy. We were amazed by the amount of dirt and particles that were caught by the filter. The app is also great in terms of keeping track of when to reorder. We are delighted!

Filter replacement

I love the blue 311 I Max. The replacement filter works great .it just took a while to update & remove the replacement filter light. But it is wor fine. The only problem is when ordering i subscription for every 12 months . But it doesn't edit or adjust it right it kept on telling to subscribe for 6 months but I wanted to subscribe for 12 months. IAnd I can cancel if I want to or not. I am trying to order another for my daughter's purifier . But again your website won't let me pick to subscribe for 12 months. I am having a difficult time on your website. Please help
