User Manual / Which Filter

I cannot find the user manual for my Blue Pure 411a Max and I am also unclear what filter I should order to replace the existing one. Which filter (Particle & Carbon, SmokeBlock, or AllergenBlock) will filter Covid & flu viruses out of the air? Thanks.

Wrong filter

I bought the wrong filter / I have the old model 411 and now can't find filters for them - I thought these would fit and they do in not - can I return them?

Great Value for HEPA Air Filtration

Have been using this 411a for about 2 years, packaged with a filter subscription and very happy with it. Even though I don't have the benefit of a wifi connection, the sub reminds me to do filter changes, & I do see a difference in the room's air quality. I run it 27/7 and it is very quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love both our Blueair Filters. I only have one candle left that's not battery operated. When I light it in the kitchen that is about 30' away from the filter it turn to red. Amazing.
