The red light hasn’t gone out since I changed the filter and I followed the instructions.

The Blue Pure 411i Max, 411a Max Particle + Carbon Filter was a snap to install. I have two units. One in either bedroom. They work tirelessly, and have picture perfect performance.

Still waiting on refund

I have "returned" this and received an email that the refund would take UP TO 5 business days. It is past that and I have still not received the refund. I had to return the item because this product came up when I searched the website for my model air purifier. I had to read the reviews to determine it was incorrect. The correct product was VERY hard to find on your website.
