As soon as warranty is over phone battery dies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to get a new phone last summer under warranty. I'm 2 months out of contract and my phone will not charge past 85%. Runs down in like 5 or 6 hours. Watch them. I'm sure they are running apps in the background to run my battery out.

Hello... We appreciate you taking the time to review the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G. Your thoughts are welcomed as continue to innovate and improve on the design and functionality of our products. If your phone won't charge past 85%, the protect battery setting is turned on. To turn off, please complete the following steps: Open the Battery and device care menu.
Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Battery and device care.
Open More battery settings.
Tap Battery, and then tap More battery settings.
Turn off the setting for Protect battery.
Make sure the switch next to Protect battery at the bottom is turned off. The switch will be gray when it is turned off. If this option is turned on, your device will not charge past 85%.

The transition was seamless from my old phone,? Are you one backup that was older and my current phone through smart switch!It was seen with, I lost no sleep. A beautiful phone. I just got my A54. I LOVED THE 52. Transferring all my things over was so easy. I only have 1 app I didn't get transferred. But all in all I'm a happy customer 😊. Thank you
