[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy works well for email's sometimes when I use the phone for gaming it will kick me out of the game and I will have to reenter where I left off. Battery doesn't always charge to 100 percent. I do like the fact that it has sufficient storage for my documents and can hold adequate amounts of pictures. Volume when I have it on speaker is not always loud enough to hear at times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had to replace a phone, and decided to get this one, as I needed a 5G phone. I also needed one that was hearing aide compatible and able to work with my hearing aides. This works with my Starkey Pro hearing aides and the accompaning Thrive app, which was at the top of my list for must have features. I also wanted a phone that wasn't too large or too small, this screen size was perfect. I have been using the Galaxy phones since about 2012, so this was the perfect operating system for me as well. The camera quality was amazing, the price point was very reasonable, finding an otter box for it was no issue at all and it uses the same C to C charger I already have at home. I haven't had it long enough to comment on storage space or speed, but it seems okay so far. All in all, this would be a wonderful phone for younger kids/teens, elderly, those who appreciate an easy and simple to use phone or those of us who just don't care about the 10,000 extra bells and whistles. Lol the only feature that I noticed this doesn't have that my S9+ or S22 Ultra had is the battery sharing. Again, that is the extra bells and whistles category, but something to be aware of for anyone looking to purchase this model.

I've had this phone for about 2 months now, I had an S10 before this for the past 4 years. Here are my thoughts.
The Good: Battery life is incredible, lasts me 2 days at a minimum. Camera quality is a definite increase from the S10. Size of the phone is nice. 120hz display is a noticeable upgrade.

The Bad: Slow. Very slow. I know this phone isn't the flagship model, but I figured upgrading by 4 years would not bring me back in time but I was wrong. I do not play any games on my phone. I use it for Google searches, scrolling Instagram, taking pictures, calculator, not much.. so the speed shouldn't be a big deal, right? Well, this thing feels a 3g phone in the middle of nowhere... even in the middle of town with full signal this phone sometimes won't even load a Google search. It won't load Maps when I need it, and quite honestly has been very disappointing. It's not just the network that is slow either. Taking photos with the flash takes way too long to process and take. It's ridiculous. I was really hoping this was going to be a good phone since it has the ability to add an SD and is much cheaper than than the S23 but I was wrong. I expected more from Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone for the price
