Thank you for your review of your Galaxy A54 5G! If you notice your device is restarting, there could be several reasons. Your device may have the auto restart feature on during a software update. We would need more detail to determine the exact cause. One option is a factory reset on your device to refresh your phone and bring it to a state that would allow it to have a fresh start. Before you perform a factory reset, backup your data so you don't lose it all. Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap General management. Swipe to and tap Reset, tap Factory data reset, and then review the information. When you're ready, swipe and tap Reset. Tap Delete all. You will be asked to enter the credentials if you have a security lock set. From there, you will be required to enter your Samsung account's password if you have added a Samsung account. Your device will reset; it will start from the initial setup screen when it turns back on. If you cannot reset your device or complete the initial setup due to the account credentials stored on the device, please contact the Samsung Support Team for assistance. Great Phone

They're highly functional and perform better than most other androids in my opinion. I would appreciate a new S series tho! I'm never leaving the Samsung universe! Samsung is synonymous with superb to me!

Great Phone, But Could Be Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone works great for navigating life, taking pictures and playing games. The battery life is similar to other phones at this price point. The camera takes photos good enough to be in magazines and articles online especially when matched up with Google photos and all of its features. Storage is great with the ability to expand in a micro SD. Phone call and speaker clarity and functionality work well, with little issue. I like the navigation of this phone, I can seamlessly move from one task to the other with the many swipe navigations. The one thing this phone is missing from my last phone, a Motorola, is the ability to adjust sound between media and games. I like to listen to books while playing strategy games and the ads cause issues with my listening to books. Overall I would buy another Samsung and this phone is great for it's price point.

Is unbreakable when you accidentally drop it
