Decent phone but too many connection issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's so many great things about this phone but the connection issues make it so much worse. It constantly loses connection to networks, both Wi-Fi and cellular and sometimes will not reconnect for an extended time leaving you without any way to contact anyone.

For Wi-Fi, ensure that your device is not too far from the router to maintain a strong signal. Resetting your mobile network settings may also help improve your connection. Please note that this will remove all Bluetooth pairings and Wi-Fi networks, but it can help re-establish connectivity.
To reset your network settings, follow these steps:
1. Open **Settings**.
2. Tap on **General management**.
3. Select **Reset**, then tap **Reset network settings**.
4. Tap **Reset settings**. If you have a PIN or password set, you will be prompted to enter it.
5. Finally, tap **Reset**.

Good phone I wish the volume was a little louder.

Solid performance but heat and battery drain issue

First off. , it's great for everyday tasks - streaming gaming, work and personal use but it does have some downsides. The phone can get pretty hot after extended use, especially when I'm streaming or gaming for a while. I've also noticed the battery drains quickly., so I'm often charging it midday if I've been using it heavily. As for the features, they're nice, but they don't really make a huge difference in my day to day routines. It's definitely a solid mid-range option, but the performance issues with heat and battery life are worth considering if you use your phone alot during the day.
