This phone has so many amazing options.

I use my phone mainly for watching videos and documentaries for educating myself on many different things. I've also just recently started using my phone to work from home, along with my laptop. 5G is wonderful and I have never had my phone freeze or any other issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, this device is a smooth operator, with audio eraser and seasmless actions across apps. Who can ask for more? Seriously, this phone has it. It is so super easy to use, lightening quick, and hey, a whole lotta fun, too. High quality and reasonably priced. Can't say enough good about it. Highly Recommend.

This product has many great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has many great features I use daily. The cameras do excellent videos and photos. I really love the slow motion and the zoom capabilities it has. The viewing angle is excellent. I use it mostly for videos, music, browsing the web and I also use it for driving directions. I highly recommend this one. I'm truly impressed with its fast processor and storage space. And it functions apps and games flawless no lagging.

The most Mediocre phone I have ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My samsung A54 5G is to say the least the most mediocre phone I have owned in the last 10 years. At best, the phone is glitchy, in that it will only charge extremely slow with charging cords that it likes, and will reject all others. Also it often refuses to connect to my home wifi, and needs to be reset at lest one time a day to be functional (like to receiving phone call or send text messages, you know the essentials thangs that all phones should be able to do at a minimum). Often my A54 5G will say there is moisture or debris in the charging port for absolutely no reason, when in fack there is nothing in there, and will refuse to charge until it decides to stop giving that warning. Now at its best, the screen quality is good for watching videos, and the camera is slightly better then ok, (although often quite blurry when taking pictures of moving objects or items that are smaller then a half inch in diameter) download speed is very quick, and as long as it is reset before use, the upload speed is quick to. All in all, for a Medium end Android smart phone it is not bad, although it's also not that great either. Would not suggest the A54 5G for business use, because it has of just plain out not reliable enough! Just way to temperamental, and glitchy. That said I do believe this phone would make a great starter phone for a teenager, dow to its relatively low price and durability. Thanks for reading my completely Honest review of my samsung A54 5G , a good but not great phone!

Not so good

Suppose you are noticing that your phone is not charging to its full potential. In that case, ensuring you are using an authentic Samsung charger is crucial. This will give you the best performance and protect your device from potential damage. Certain apps can cause your audio to be affected on your phone. A good idea to do is to start your phone in Safe mode. Using Safe mode disables all downloaded apps and loads only the original software that comes with your phone or tablet, allowing you to determine whether the cause is an app or if it is with the phone itself. To do this, Swipe down from the top of the screen to open "Quick Settings" and tap the "Power icon." Touch and hold "Power off" until the Safe mode icon is displayed. Tap Safe mode and start your device. If you've successfully entered Safe mode, you'll see Safe mode at the bottom of the screen.
Test the phone by making a call to see if the same behavior persists. If not, then it may be an app that has been downloaded that has access to your device audio. Also, suppose moisture has come in contact with your phone. Check for liquid damage. The indicator is found inside the SIM or SD slot and will appear pink or red if it has been exposed to liquid. If your phone has come in contact with liquid, it will affect the audio of your phone as well as the ability to hold a substantial charge.
