I bought this phone 1 month ago to upgrade to 5G and add storage. It has been a big disappointment. There are far too many glitches. Would not fully open certain apps after downloading, specifically Weather Channel for one. Not particularly user friend for a senior adult. Sound also varies from time to time. Unable to increase volume to an acceptable level.
