Decent phone but too many connection issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's so many great things about this phone but the connection issues make it so much worse. It constantly loses connection to networks, both Wi-Fi and cellular and sometimes will not reconnect for an extended time leaving you without any way to contact anyone.

It's great to hear from you! Thank you for updating us on your Galaxy A54 5G. The connectivity you're experiencing could have several reasons. For Wi-Fi, ensure that your device is not too far from the router to maintain a strong signal. Resetting your mobile network settings may also help improve your connection. Please note that this will remove all Bluetooth pairings and Wi-Fi networks, but it can help re-establish connectivity.
To reset your network settings, follow these steps:
1. Open **Settings**.
2. Tap on **General management**.
3. Select **Reset**, then tap **Reset network settings**.
4. Tap **Reset settings**. If you have a PIN or password set, you will be prompted to enter it.
5. Finally, tap **Reset**.

It has been a great tool for 2+ years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far my a54 5G has performed flawlessly it's my second one this one is the 128 GB version and it operates between apps without any problems whatsoever even while I'm on the phone however it is not the easiest to merge two telephone calls together and I don't understand why but all in all I have enjoyed my 5G a54

We understand that the update to the Galaxy S25 Ultra S Pen may have come as a surprise. However, rest assured that while we made changes, we have provided enhancements as well. Many of the camera features you’ve enjoyed with your S Pen in previous versions can now be accessed using voice commands or other methods. There are also Air commands available for added functionality. For detailed instructions on how to customize your camera settings, please refer to your User Manual. No other manufacturer's phones come close.

I have owned other different manufacturer's phones in the past, but none of them can compare to my Samsung Galaxy A54 5G. It's speed, the seamless transitioning smoothness between apps along with Knoxx security are above reproach.
The next time you're in need of a new cell phone, I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G or, depending on what you are looking for in a cellphone , you can't go wrong with the Samsung Galaxy series.

It works decent. The keyboard keeps glitching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device I have I am using for work and firefighting. It transitions from one app to another very well. The work texting or email is quite loud which is superb in that I have to hear 24 hours a day and be able to respond in a moments notice. It also allows me to hear my alerts for volunteering as a firefighter on my down time from my regular job. It satisfies every need that I have for my job and also my volunteering.

This product has great features and the best camer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Galaxy A54 5g phone for my online business and this is by far the absolute best device I've ever purchased. The camera produces high-quality front and rear facing photos that help me with my best selling products. The memory is by far the best I've found with the automatic 128gb storage plus extending power. I have tons apps installed and never have an issue with storage or malfunctioning. The battery lasts an incredibly long time with a full charge and that's with an average of 10+ hours a day in full use for business plus regular talk and text time. I use live streaming for live selling and I never have any issues, I never lose connection or have any lagging. I stream lots of music and videos and they are always high in quality. I would buy this device again and again before I would try a newer model because this one has proven it's strength and durability along the way. I've had this device for 3 years and it's been dropped, wet, and over heated in the sun, but has never given up.
