Decent phone but too many connection issues

It constantly loses connection to networks, both Wi-Fi and cellular and sometimes will not reconnect for an extended time leaving you without any way to contact anyone.

For Wi-Fi, ensure that your device is not too far from the router to maintain a strong signal. Resetting your mobile network settings may also help improve your connection. Please note that this will remove all Bluetooth pairings and Wi-Fi networks, but it can help re-establish connectivity. To reset your network settings, follow these steps: 1. Open **Settings**. 2. Tap on **General management**. 3. Select **Reset**, then tap **Reset network settings**. 4. Tap **Reset settings**. If you have a PIN or password set, you will be prompted to enter it. 5. Finally, tap **Reset**. After doing this, you can test your mobile connection.
