It's not what I thought it should be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not use the Galaxy AI. It's difficult to connect to my wifi. It often drops the wifi not only at home but in other homes. I have to restart my modem and restart my phone and use all different types of methods just to get the wifi working. I do however love the exchange between the Samsung Galaxy phones. It has made me a friend for life

Everything I could ever want in a phone!

It has helped me to do class work and watch videos for my programs in school and stay caught up on emails and announcements. My job works through an app so without a quick and reliable phone, I might not be as successful. I can communicate with my family and friends with ease and store photos and plan vacations and dinners with the help of the many apps and extensive search engines available! The new AI features has helped to stream line search and added to app and help features. I am thankful for this phone and for Samsung! I'm a loyal user!

The A51 was a better phone overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous phone was the 5G Samsung A51 which was a great phone for what I needed.
For several months I was having issues of missed calls (went straight to voicemail) from family and friends and delayed text messages. This made it difficult for me to work since I need multi-factor verification for much of my work. I looked up reasons for this and the best I could come up with was the phone might have been stuck in airplane mode in the background.
After several updates over the last few months, the lagging text messages have stopped happening and very few calls are sent to voicemail. It is not my phone carrier. I've had the same cell service for 6 years, but the problems only happened whe ai got the A54.
In addition, I noticed my wifi range wad drastically less with this phone than the A51. I cannot connect to 5G most of the time, even when Im in the same room as the router.
Does the phone work? Yes
Camera is sufficient
Sound quality is good
Video quality is excellent
Would I have gotten a different phone had I known of the issues with calls and texts....Definitely!

If you are unable to make calls from your phone, there could be a problem with your phone's SIM card, damage to your phone, or an issue with your account or carrier. If you are having trouble sending or receiving text messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. Also take a look at, "Messages on Samsung phone are slow, do not send, or cannot be received" and "Galaxy phone is unable to make or receive calls" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your device. Currently Galaxy AI is available on the following devices - S24 Ultra, S24+, S24, S23 Ultra, S23+, S23, S23 FE, Z Fold6, Z Flip6, Z Flip5, Z Fold5, Tab S9 Ultra, Tab S9+, Tab S9, Galaxy Book Edge, Buds3 Pro, Buds3, Buds2 Pro, Buds FE, Watch Ultra, Watch7, and Galaxy Ring. If you have a 5G capable phone or tablet with the appropriate SIM card, and you are in a 5G service area, you don't have to do anything to take advantage of the increased speed and connectivity. Your device is preconfigured to take advantage of all the benefits of 5G automatically. Whenever 5G coverage is not available, your phone will automatically fall back to 4G or 3G speeds. Check to see if your phone is displaying the 5G indicator on the status bar. If it isn't, your phone is using either 4G or 3G. The 5G indicator's appearance will vary based on carrier.
