With regards to the overall speed of your device, we recommend going in to your settings app, under display, and under motion smoothness adjusting from standard to adaptive to get that higher refresh rate activated for your device. With regards to the connection, without knowing if you are referring to the carrier connection or Wi-Fi connection we have provided a few links to articles to help with both. We do also recommend reaching out directly to your carrier to ensure their network coverage is adequate in your area. It is very powerful for its price point and can even do some heavy gaming without it getting too hot. It also has a 50MP resolution main camera and a 12MP front facing camera perfect for selfies.

So much better than my previous phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on my phone for most of the day. Whether it be on social platforms, calls, games, taking cute pictures of my pets. I needed a phone that could keep up. My previous phone (that I bought 8 months ago from a different brand) could not. My a54 though not a flagship, has all the features that i was looking for.
I especially love how fast it charges. I can put it on the charger, do a couple of chores and come back to it fully charged in a very short amount of time.
The camera is great too, I love all of the features.
The only feature I'd add to this phone would be a flashlight shortcut. It's sometimes easier to be able to shake the phone to open the flashlight instead of having to swipe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone, the Samsung A54 5G. It is definitely delivering on what was promised. It's durable, lightweight and easy to use. The upgrade to Android 14 is very nice with all the new features. I am on this phone everyday all day long. If you're looking for a new phone I definitely recommend this one, you will not be disappointed.
