This is a great phone for everyday use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used 'Galaxy AI' yet, but this phone has been great for every use from checking e-mail to surfing the web. My A54 phone has a beautiful resolution screen w/ a fast refresh rate which creates a wonderful viewing experience. I cannot wait to pair my phone w/ the 'Galaxy Earpods'.

Awesome! Just one teeny tiny issue . . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My A51 was going the way of the dodo, so I thought it was a great time to upgrade! I'm loving it so far! It runs faster and holds more storage! I use it for internet surfing, social media, texting, mobile gaming, and audiobook and music streaming. I also use it to type up documents on the go!
The only problem I have with this phone is the Doxy.me app. On my A51, I could video chat with my therapist on there no problem. But with this new phone, I have to turn the media volume all the way up just to hear her clearly, and even then, the audio is filled with static.
Otherwise, great phone! Glad I upgraded!

Great features but poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the customizations of my galaxy A54 5g but I often experience glitches and problems with the way it runs and since I can't afford a new phone right now I'm stuck with the irritation of often restarting my phone often

Would buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded to these phones (hubby and I). We've both been very satisfied with the camera, sound, and screen qualities. On occasion I've been annoyed with the processing speed, but I'm not fully convinced it's an issue with the phone and not the service provider. Overall it's a keeper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started with the A53 and really liked it. I decided to upgrade to the A54. I do have a concern, that it does not have the wireless charging capability. The C- Port does not work well sometimes. I have to get the charging port cleaned periodically. I am also learning how to use Samsung Galaxy AI. It is a bit better that Google search.
