Worse phone ive ever had, the volume sucks, can barely hear when turned up to max. Touch screen is awful, either way too sensitive or wont work at all. Adds random words that i didnt type when texting which iddly dont appear until message has been sent and talk to text is horrible. I dont recommend this phone at all. Phone makes me really angry at times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone, durable and fast processors, I love the clear and bright vivid display although it is a little smaller than I usually buy it does the job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO IS ON THE PHONE ALOT OR YOUNGER AFULTS. Great gaming phone and plenty of memory.

Pros & Cons

Having bought the Samsung A54 Galaxy new a year ago, the pros would be the battery's longevity & movability, the phone's durability, large screen, & unlocked status. Some of the cons are, I've spent more time deleting bloatware & fixing setting preferences, than I've used it. Twice, I woke up in the morning to find my contact list gone, poof, wiped out. Despite every effort I choose when to update, it does it anyway while I'm sleeping; thereby, reversing my setting preferences, again! The default camera creates & embeds monstrous figures & faces into my scenic photos, distorts all perspective ridiculouly with the worst fish-eye lens, & it messes with my volumn settings regularly, making me miss calls & texts. It doesn't save or alert me of missed calls or messages after losing & regaining wifi, & there's no space to text in the message app, just a 1"w x 1/2" h window, wasting screen space & time.
If anyone knows how to get around these issues, please tell me!

Phone works as a basic model has compatibility iss

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model phone is not completely compatible with a lot of apps I have had usage issues with this model battery has not been the best if it wasn't for the fact that I have to still pay for it I'd get rid of it and switch back to a better model if given the chance

Does what I need it to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is leagues above my previous phone. I like the side bar feature for seamless actions across apps while multitasking. I can quickly jump from text messaging to my calender, to surfing the internet, to social media, all while streaming music with no lag or crashing. The battery life is also much longer than I was previously used to.
