I bought the phone a month ago and I was impressed with the display in the direct sun light. It's still a little glitchy for a mid range phone. I has the weight and feel of a flagship phone.

It`s a little troiblrsome. It will not synch by Bluetooth with my car. It also moves certain apps off of my homescreen without my input!

Great budget phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our backup phone. It does excellent in a pinch. It's not waterproof like my Galaxy unfortunately, but performance wise it's a great little phone for backup or for someone who doesn't want all the bells and whistles. Speaking of, it does have a great camera and sound. Loud for hard of hearing folks.

I'm a huge fan of Samsung products. I have the wide screen TV. The DVD player and have always had a Samsung phone. I like the feel of this phone and it's features. I am totally disappointed that it didn't come with a sim card and no charger.

Many carriers are switching from physical SIM cards to E-SIM to help avoid accidental damage and other loss with physical devices. We have also stopped providing the charging adapters to help reduce the amount of electronic waste and commit to a more environmentally friendly practice. You should have received a charging cable that you can use any compatible adapter with as well. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth
