Amazing phone and awesome features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded from the Galaxy S8 and I'm never looking back. It's honestly amazing how smooth and fast this phone is. It has a bunch of features that I personally love such as, 120Hz screen refresh rate which means that scrolling through apps and websites looks silky smooth. The fingerprint scanner is in the perfect spot and is easily accessible. The 5G data speeds are truly a sight to behold, I went from streaming videos at 480p to 1080p 60fps without a problem. The battery life is phenomenal, it lasts all day. It has a high quality camera with a multitude of options for every scenario. My favorite feature is the extra screen dim which allows the screen to lower in brightness beyond the default minimum brightness. Transferring data from my Galaxy S8 was extremely easy and without hassle. The transfer was quick and without any hiccups.
Overall I would say that if your looking for an affordable phone with a great amount of features, a good camera and a high quality feel. Then this is the phone for you.

Specs say awesome. Not so much in reality though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from an S21 to the A54 because the specs on it were very similar. I assumed I would have a very similar experience as I did with the S21, which I loved. The A54 is very laggy a lot of the time, which it shouldn't be given the amount of RAM it has in it. After the latest update to ONE UI 6.0 the keyboard is barely usable now. I can't type fast at all anymore. It seems to skip over half of the letters I type. The following sentence will be if I try to type at normal speed: "Th floin sntne IL b I I try to type atnoml sped". Doesn't quite come out the same does it? I would've highly recommended this phone after the first few weeks of having it but not anymore. Unless these issues are fixed with an update I may have to switch brands of phone entirely. This keyboard issue makes my phone unusable, unless I don't have to type anything, but the keyboard makes for about 80% of using a phone and it's features. That is my review. Please fix or lose a very loyal Samsung customer.

Take a look at, "Galaxy phone or tablet's screen is frozen or responds too slowly" to conduct a few troubleshooting steps on your device to help resolve what you may be experiencing when you have some free time out of your day. If the keyboard isn't working, like if it's frozen or unresponsive, you'll want to get it up and running again as soon as possible. Using the default keyboard, clearing the cache, and checking for software updates are some of the things you can do to solve the issue. Love Samsung Galaxy, BUT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A54 5G, a few things The "Home" app/link One Home 01. It freezes up and "requests " closing. This happens sometime several times a day.
I have Parkinson's Disease and the On/Off procedure is difficult for me because of my hands and fingers.
Sometimes my phone runs really Slow. Thank You STILL really love Samsung Galaxy phones. It's ALL I've ever purchased!!! Still have some of my "old" phones!!
