[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with the choice of my new Frigidaire range however, I agree, the cooling fan is way to noisy. There should be an option to turn off the fan if you need to, my old oven just cooled down naturally, no noise….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced 20 year old stove with basic model. Oven temperature accurate. Cleaning stove top easy. Handy storage area on the bottom. My only complaint is the fan runs during the entire cooking time.

However, I gave it only four stars due to the humming sound throughout the baking time and then cooling down time. It

I JUST HAD THIS RANGE DELIVERED TODAY. THE INSTRUCTION SUGGEST YOU TURN THE OVEN ON FOR 30 MINUTES. IT MAKES A VERY LOUD ANNOYING HUMMING NOISE THE ENTIRE TIME IT'S ON BAKE. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID "THAT IS NORMAL". THEY SUGGESTED I WAIT 24 HOURS AND TRY IT AGAIN. IF IT STILL DOES THAT THEY WOULD SEND A REPAIR MAN OUT. I ASKED HER WHY IF THIS IS "NORMAL"? I ASKED THE CUSTOMER SERIE REP ABOUT RETURNING IT. SHE ELUDED TO FACT THAT I COULDN'T; HOWEVER, THE PAPERWORK SAYS IT CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN "48" HOURS. REALLY???? I HAVE 48 HOURS TO FIND ANOTHER RANGE, AND GO THROUGH THE WHOLE DELIVERY PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN? YOU KNOW BEING TIED UP FOR 4 HOURS. SO BASICALLY I'M STUCK WITH AN ANNOYING HUMMING OVEN.

Nice looking BUT

I purchased this gas range because I was not looking for bells and whistles. It was nice sleek looking. It is hollowish and tinny if you can understand. I can live with all that BUT the fan unit is very very loud and when I broil i ( be aware it is electric ) it could barely toast a piece of bread. ) I was very disappointed with those two issues. I had a service tech come to verify that the fan unit was not compromised and he said nothing was wrong with it and thats the way it is. I don't understand how people can offer 5 star reviews with these issues.

Whistling sound.

Love our new Oven
