Frigidaire slide in gas stove

At this time I’m giving a 2star.
I was so excited about cooking on my new stove and baking.
The range with five burners is wonderful. However, there’s a serious problem with the oven’s fan. Very loud and piercing to our ears. So bad that I resorted to baking in my little toaster oven. I. Addition, I had an earache the rest of the evening.
I’m hoping that this can be resolved to my satisfaction.
