It’s sturdy, the gate swings in and out, it’s taller than most gates, and the opening and closing of the gate is smooth and reliable, plus it closes automatically. .

This baby gate is difficult to install and does not seem to sit true and flush with both extensions in use. The tension needs to be so high for it to operate correctly that it actually damaged my stair bannister. I am not happy with this purchase and will look for something else.

It is very durable, safe, the installation is very easy, is adjustable, and the design fit well with my home. My kids could not escape into rooms they aren’t allowed to be in!!
