Broke after a week

I was excited to buy a new SQ dryer based on SQs reputation and all the reviews I saw. However, exactly one week after my dryer was delivered it broke-hard. Turned out to be the control board and it had to be ordered. I was without my brand new dryer for three weeks! Not very happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought the dryer with the washer. It does a nice job tossing the laundry and clothes come out less wrinkled. Lots of load options.

Solid and Simple

We were so glad we went to an authorized dealer vs. a big box store. Our sales rep showed us a few products, but none met all of our goals. I asked him what he used in his home; he said Speed Queen. We went to the Speed Queen area and found a set that exceeded our needs. We researched the internet and confirmed that the DR7004WE was the best built and backed by a seven-year warranty. Made in the USA sealed the deal.

Great Pet Hair Remover
