Don’t Hold Your Breath on Receiving Rebate

I was so excited when I purchased the product. Dealing with the BS on the rebate has left a Sour taste on my Pallet!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There should be a phone number and email on the rebate paperwork where you can receive an update on your claim or for any questions you may have. Only needed a washer, but ended up purchasing the dryer as well because of a sale and what we felt was a bargain for a high quality appliance. We've only had it a few weeks, but couldn't be more pleased.

Pet hair removal works!

My husband chose this machine solely for the pet hair removal function and it actually works! This machine cleans more lint and threads from laundry than others. Permanent press items need less ironing, often ready to just put on the hanger. Used the sanitizing cycle during a recent illness stopping the spread of a bacterial infection. Worthwhile assets.
