Product was purchased based on the Speed Queen reputation for durability and reliability. However, within the first month the main control board required removal and replacement. Dealer was very supportive and move quickly to order and replace. None the less, a defect so early in ownership concerns me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Exceptional Performance in a Dryer... wow!

Got the DR7 to match our TRN and after the first use I was amazed at how well it dried my clothes! First, the clothes that came out of the TR7 were already LESS DAMP than the other brand we used, and the sensor cycle made it quick and easy. I had a steam cycle on another dryer before and used it only once with mixed results. The steam cycle on the DR7 worked amazing well at releasing wrinkles and making my clothes look great. Who wants to iron in the first place?
Performance, reliability and exceptional performance!

Don’t Hold Your Breath on Receiving Rebate

I was so excited when I purchased the product. Dealing with the BS on the rebate has left a Sour taste on my Pallet!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
