I really like I made the switch to Speed Queen

I bought the pair, the washer and dryer. I've had front loaders for over 25 years and decided to go back to top loading machines . So glad I made the switch. I have no problems using these new units. Clothes come out very clean
I would recommend this to a friend!

The dryer does not dry as I expected. Example: 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels set on regular cycle, dry. Time was 74 min & still somewhat damp.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the large drum and drying options. It took a little time to get use to how the options worked but once I figured it out, I love it! It does a great job and like that it is American made.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This machine has a professional look and feel, and has a ton of settings. It also accepts a really large load with no problem, and is much quieter than our last dryer. It also just works better- it dries loads faster and more thoroughly. We’re very pleased with the performance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is easy to use. Dries clothes great. I seem to get more lint off my clothes than my previous dryer did. Absolutely love it! And you can't beat the warranty.

Good after initial failure

We were hesitant to get this because of the electronic screen but were assured it was THE best. After 4 uses, the motherboard had a fatal failure. We were without a dryer for 2 weeks. So far it is doing a good job. Dries the clothes much faster than our previous dryer. I like the pet hair mode too. Lint catcher could be better but is ok. I don't like that they say it has to be professionally vacuumed out every 2 years. An added expense to an expensive dryer.
Note we don't have the steam feature hooked up.
The 7 year warranty is a plus.
We wish we would have gone 1 step down.
I think less is more as far as the controls go.
