Nice clean dryer; very efficient

This dryer is excellent. I have only had one problem and that was learning to adjust the drying time because my clothes were not getting completely dry. I just have to allow a little longer drying time than what I was accustomed to using. Not really a big problem. So far this is a wonderful product that I hope will last for many years to come.

Poor washing results and burnt clothes

I have owned my product less than a month and have not been able to find the right combinations of soap and process to get good results out of the washing machine even following the instructions in the user manual does not produce good results and I’ve had to have a service call on the drying machine as the delicate cycle burns clothes.

Hi, TJ2025. We understand the concerns with your washer and dryer. For detergent, we recommend around two tablespoons of HE detergent for your average to full load. To provide tips to utilize your washer to the best of its ability, we'd need to understand more about the type of laundry being washed. We're available at 800-552-5475 (Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 4:00pm Central Standard Time) and would love to help further with this. If you're still needing assistance with your dryer or the service being done on it, let us know and we'll help with this too!

Love this washer!

Really love the quality and warranty of this machine. It is a little noisy, and I wish it were large enough for King sized comforters, but I can work around that! It has not gotten out of balance, which makes me happy!

Best washer and dryer I've ever purchased! I've been waiting for years to purchase these appliances. These have so many options to wash and dry, sanitize m steam sanitize and pet cycle.

Previously I had to replace my washer as others just didn’t seem to hold up n now I have a Speed Queen which I love! My dryer now died so it was obvious I would get a Speed Dryer which I love just as much and I am certain both products are going to out live me unlike other companies which only last 5 to 7 years and I am a single senior citizen.

I’m so excited I won’t ever have to buy another dryer! I was extremely frustrated with having to replace my washer and dryer every 5 years due to inferior, “disposable” appliances. Speed Queen is by far the best appliance out there. I’m 100% happy!

Had been watching videos and reviews for over a year. When a friend was looking talked her into SP and she got hers before me. So far I am totally thrilled.
