I love it except when I put something heavy in, it stops after 10 minutes, not sure why it does that but I have to keep turning it back on!

Best dryer we have ever owned. Has all of the features needed to keep everything looking great. No need to iron! Has the best refresh cycle! Highly recommend.
One suggestion is to change the lint area a bit. If you don't clean it before you take out the clothes, the clothes could get some lint on them. That is the ONLY thing I would change and it is not a big deal or a deal breaker!

This dryer is excellent. I have only had one problem and that was learning to adjust the drying time because my clothes were not getting completely dry. I just have to allow a little longer drying time than what I was accustomed to using. Not really a big problem. So far this is a wonderful product that I hope will last for many years to come.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor washing results and burnt clothes

I have owned my product less than a month and have not been able to find the right combinations of soap and process to get good results out of the washing machine even following the instructions in the user manual does not produce good results and I’ve had to have a service call on the drying machine as the delicate cycle burns clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really love the quality and warranty of this machine. It is a little noisy, and I wish it were large enough for King sized comforters, but I can work around that! It has not gotten out of balance, which makes me happy!

Best washer and dryer I've ever purchased! I've been waiting for years to purchase these appliances. These have so many options to wash and dry, sanitize m steam sanitize and pet cycle.
