Used dryer today. Dry selection. 86 minutes stated time. Clothes were completely dry in 60 minutes. This can be dangerous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We can completely understand this concern! The cycle time displayed is an estimate, but there are moisture sensors that should help prevent overdrying. Over time, and with more use of the dryer, the estimated cycle time displayed should become more accurate. I am very pleased with the Speed Queen dryer that I purchased! My clothes are getting dry in a lot less time than before. It's a sturdy machine that takes a lot of use! Mostly metal instead of plastic like so many these days!
