Disappointed so far

I bought this particular model basically because it is the only one that displays the time remaining in a cycle, but that feature has turned out to be worthless and inaccurate. Clothes do not get dry at the recommended settings, and I'm still figuring out the best cycles to use for various loads. It will only be worth the extra cost if it lasts as long as advertised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dryer is excellent. i have owned it for a year and a half and it works like new. I have never had a problem. I particularly like the mist refresh feature to remove wrinkles when dry clothes are not promptly removed. The lint trap is convenient and easy to keep clean. A used dryer sheet is excellent to grab and remove the lint when you remove the dry clothesm making cleanup quick and easy.

dries fast 50 min timed is all even for heavy towels clothes do seem to fall out of the door when opened. wish the door would open down instead of to the side . a bit pricey for a drier but can't beat the warranty. also very little to no lint outside of the unit.

I purchased the washer and dryer together after my old dryer went out and it was going to cost more to fix it than it was worth. I was told about the Speed Queens and they are the best I have ever owned. I’m so happy with my purchase!
