Product was purchased based on the Speed Queen reputation for durability and reliability. However, within the first month the main control board required removal and replacement. Dealer was very supportive and move quickly to order and replace. None the less, a defect so early in ownership concerns me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Appliance is a littler pricier than other manufacturers but as the old saying goes.. “ You get what you pay for”! I’m thrilled with my purchase!!!

If you are in need of laundry machines, you can stop the search. Speed Queen delivers the best on the market. Built like tanks, they do their job and keep doing it. No more stupid service calls where they say “you know its really not worth replacing this part because it will be cheaper for you to buy a whole new unit.” They are at the higher end of the price range but you will not need to buy again in five years. Great laundry machines! Same quality as the speed queens in the laundrymats!
