I have had my dryer less than 3 months. I’m not happy. I have to dry everything on high. I have to put high heat and I extra dry up to 2 times and sometimes 3. I have never had a problem with a brand new product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish I would have purchased the medium priced dryer, not this digital one. It has way too many options, that I will probably never use. However, I wanted the washer and dryer to match. Personally, if my washer and dryer were in a basement I would just get any brand dryer. I typically do just medium loads of laundry. When I do darks, if I do timed dry 45 minutes on medium heat, my clothes are dry. If I dry 2 bath towels, 2 dish clothes, 2 dish towels, 2 men’s undershirts socks and underwear, I do timed dry for 45 minutes on high. They are never dry, the towels are always damp as well as the undershirts. I need to dry them separately for another approximately 8 minutes. So, I am not impressed.
Also, after spending that much money for the washer and dryer I find it insulting that it came with no manual. You must request one and they graciously send you one, come on, they could do better!
The men who installed our appliances were fantastic! Extremely thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
