Poor washing results and burnt clothes

I have owned my product less than a month and have not been able to find the right combinations of soap and process to get good results out of the washing machine even following the instructions in the user manual does not produce good results and I’ve had to have a service call on the drying machine as the delicate cycle burns clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To provide tips to utilize your washer to the best of its ability, we'd need to understand more about the type of laundry being washed. Along with our Speed Queen washer, we purchased the Speed Queen Dryer. We love the dryer. It has great capacity and dries so well. The clothes come out smelling so nice, and there are no signs of wear. Great Dryer!!
