can only simmer on the "simmer" burner. The other burners on low are too hot to simmer.
Bottom storage drawer has a small height, probably to accommodate a larger size oven though.
Be carful not to lean into the control knobs, they freely turn on. Could be a problem for people with short arms and a large belly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really happy with this slide in, however, the control panel buttons are sensitive and I find that I am turning the oven light on often as I an reaching to clean towards the back. We have baked and used the air fryer options with no issues, oven is easy to clean with great lighting!
