Very Disappointed

I bought the full line of Professional Series (Fridge, Dishwasher, Range, Microwave) and the only one that has worked well so far has been the microwave. This range drives me nuts! Everything rattles when the stove is on and hot. After only two years the burner indicators are falling off, the oven is more than 60 degrees off and the meat thermometer never works properly (everything is undercooked). The burners themselves do not spit out a clean and even heat.
I loved the look of them in the showroom but they are very much starting to feel cheap. I don't normally post reviews but I felt the need to tell my story as this was a very expensive investment into products that are not what we would expect.

Nice if you don’t bake.

Im glad Im not a baker, because setting the temperature is like getting into a high school locker with only 4 numbers on the combination lock. Unlike cooking, baking is a science and there is no way to ACCURATELY set the temperature between the provided 50 degree intervals. It’s a sliding scale, could be 399 degrees, could be 351 degrees. Good luck! Seems to be a big miss for a “professional” series range. A digital heat setting seems like a better use of display area over two timers.

The Oven Does Not Work

The oven did not work from the day it was delivered. The repair company has been out 2X and I'm still having issues with it. This should not happen on a brand new product.

Great features, leaks gas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this take with my new house. It looks great and had features that I'd love to use but the oven leaks gas. I've had a heck of a time getting it serviced under warranty so I don't know what the issue is yet.

Oh, no! Gas leaks can be very concerning. Please ensure you have shut off the oven and contacted your gas company to investigate if there is a leak in your line, as well. Second defective version of this range

The first one I bought was replaced under extended warranty when it was showing an F16 error code and the circuit board could not be replaced. The new one also has a defective circuit board and I await repair also under warranty. I note that the Frigidaire microwave which sits above the range was also replaced under warranty. I will never again buy this brand.

Awful manufacturer

Purchased 1 year ago. Front board replaced. Convection controls do not work. Worst product ever along with the refrigerator and microwave.Stay away from Fridgeadaire. A rip off. Has never worked properly.
Paid alot. Totally dissatisfied. Will tell everyone stay away from this manufacturer

DON’T USE SELF CLEANING FUNCTION

Bought in January 2021. Used the self clean function for the first time in January of 2023 and the oven no longer works. It will turn on but will not heat up. We have had two different people out to work on it and nobody has been able to repair it. They have changed out fuses and control boards. So two years after purchase we are going to have to replace it.
In addition to issue with oven the range top has been impossible to control the temperature despite multiple adjustments. There is no such thing as Low on this range. It’s all high.

Bad Crates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this stove for a couple months now and the cast iron crates on the stove are turning white ! Some how the finish is wearing off , hopefully I can contact Frigidaire and see what they can do about it
