[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Frigidaire Professional range for about 3 weeks. It is absolutely gorgeous in the kitchen. The two main burners boil water in a flash. The oven maintains a steady temperature. It does everything my old range didn't do. I highly recommend the unit.

Great range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great range for convection bake/roast. Top burners provide an even heat, even on my old pots/pans! Haven't used the air fry yet. Only complaint would be that the knobs do not lock in place and often move easily.

Great look and performance, but scratches too easily

First, the good: It looks fantastic and performs flawlessly. Brand new, it's the best oven I've ever had. But...
Now, the bad: I have never had a stainless steel that scratches this easily. I have only had this oven for a couple of months and already it's all scratched up just from cleaning it and minor wear. It looks like someone took a fork to it. (The timer reminder function is also pretty annoying and there's no way to turn it off.)

We recommend cleaning the unit with a soft, clean cloth, sponge, or scratch-free cleaning pad. Regarding the timer, when the timer ends, a reminder tone will sound and repeat once every 60 seconds for a period of five minutes. Unfortunately, you are unable to silence the tone.

Knobs overheat and stainless steel scratches

The look for this range is great! We just redid our kitchen and this model showed up assempled incorrectly from the factory. The knobs were not secured from the rear and allowed all the knobs when pushed to turn on gas to scratch the front stainless steel panel. The appliance store sent technician out to repair and that was fixed quickly. The top where the burners are scratches nearly everytime I try to clean it. The front knobs when the oven is on even at lower temps are so hot that you can barely touch them. Thank god we do not have young children in the house or it would be a major problem. I am extremely surprised this thing passed the consumer safety inspection with how hot the knobs get with oven on. The cooking performance is the only redeeming quality of this range. Temps hold nicely and the burners pump out strong, consistent heat.
