I love the appliance however, what I dont agree with in the design is of the oven. The fryer rack is too close to the heat that you are prone to dropping food inside the oven. Also they tell you not to put foil inside but they didnt provide a protective option for sauces, juice or crumbs that drip from air fried foods. Its unfair for the price that I have to cook one of my pans in the oven to help with this issue. Other than those few issues I use the product all the time.
