Decent but I wouldn’t buy it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought our gas range a little over a month ago and sadly am not impressed. We recently bought a Samsung one for half the price in our old home and I honestly loved that one. This range is pretty and more eye appealing but I don’t enjoy cooking on it as much as our Samsung one. I’m curious to know if the cheaper one of this was better. I’m not sold on the air fry capabilities due to the smoking issue. Our old range was a convection and did not smoke like this one does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took us 6.5 months to receive our range.
Initial use is favorable. But build quality is underwhelming.
Our drawer does not close well, it is lower on the left and does not fully close on that side, suggests the drawer track is not aligned properly.
The optional add on vent strip across the rear I removed for a better fit to our existing counter top. IN doing so I found panel overlaps that were not aligned well, with mounting holes misaligned. We did not buy a lower tier trange for reasons like this. I expect better in a "Professional" level appliance.
The glass top came with two small surface scratches as well. these are so small we'll live with them rather than wait months for replacement (parts shortages).
We'll update this review after we have more experience with the unit.....stay tuned....

Great Range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has been using our new range for about a month now. She absolutely loves it! It is user friendly when it comes to operating the controls. The design is sleek and definitely stands out in the kitchen. Due to a delivery damage, I had to have new parts sent to me, in which i had to install. Fixing the issues was straight forward, simple, and can be done at home with ease.
Pros: Easy to use. Easy to fix. Gas Burners get very hot. Easy to clean. Knobs have a smooth operation. Oven heats and cooks evenly.
Cons: Leveling legs are cheap and could definitely be easier to use and heavier duty. As heavy duty as the rest of the range is, the warming drawer seems like its made of cheap tin.
