I would NOT recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the appliance looks nice it has some serious flaws. When the stove is on the knobs for the cooktop get too hot to touch.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. It is normal for the exterior of the range to get warm while heat is active, but it should not be dangerous to touch. Please ensure that your range is installed so that it has clearance to vent out hot air into the room. Brand new Oven is not working

Best Range ever

The oven has aire fry and temperature probe features that work great. I would highly recommend this feature filled and well built range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful range. Love the features. Only a 4 because after 2 uses the repair man had to come. The oven shut down in the middle of the baking cycle. Couldn’t find a reason. Here’s hoping it doesn’t happen again!

Disappointed in Features

The "rolling rack" feature in this oven I thought would be great when cooking a 20lb turkey in a 5lb roasting pan and avoid breaking my back every time I'd have to slide the rack out. However, it's very high from the bottom of the oven and this large of an item will not fit. The finish is already chipping off the grates on the stovetop and have only been using for one month. The most frustrating (since I use my oven a lot!) is that the temperature can only be adjusted at 25 degree intervals. I have many recipes that call for off temperatures i.e., 390, 260, and cannot set the oven to these temperatures. Can't believe a manufacturer would product a "professional" series line without the ability to adjust to any temperature.

Won't Preheat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oven preheat feature is currently not working- hasn't worked since purchase. I need to get someone out to look at it and fix it. For the price, I am extremely disappointed the oven hasn't been usable.
