Fantastic Gas Range

I took out my electric range to pop in this gas mother and I'm not looking back. This thing looks amazing and can cook! I can't believe how fast the oven preheats compared to the electric oven I had. I'd say it heats up in 1/4 to 1/3 the time the electric took. I haven't had the opportunity to try out all of the different oven functions yet, but I've baked some bread, cabbage rolls, and a lasagna that all turned out great.
The burners on top? Incredible. I want medium heat, I get medium heat start to finish. Not High, then off, then high, then off as I did with the electric burners.
My only issue is that the knobs can be turned on quite easily. Borderline too easily. It would be nice if there was a better locking mechanism in place to negate any unintended start ups.
At the end of the day I like it a lot. Very much recommend this unit.

Enjoying the air fryer. I like the stainless steel stove top, it is much easier to clean than the my older black top.
