Over the Long Haul

I bought this range three weeks ago and micro scratches have already started to appear from two light cleanings, very worried what will happen if any major spills need to be cleaned and what surface will look like in six months. This is a pro series so maybe a porcelain cooktop would be a better option in future models,

Looks high wnd

I love the high end look of this stove. It looks and feels higher in quality than comparable brands. So far the oven and stove top are very easy to use, quiet and cook beautifully. I want to keep this stove, but my issue is with the knobs getting hot when the oven has been on for about an hour at 425 degrees. They’re borderline manageable unless you open the oven to rotate and flip food. Then the knobs are too hot to touch. It is also true the stove increases in 25 degree increments and this model does NOT have steam clean option despite the model number suggesting it does. If the heated knobs can be addressed, I will love this stove completely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the money!

Oven stopped working after only 2 days of using the top of the stove. Didn't even get a chance to use the air fry/oven. Top it off Frigidaire can only get someone out here to look at this F27 error in 6 weeks.

Horrible grates, scratches easily

We ordered this and all Frigidaire appliances for our kitchen. So unhappy with the cooktop, it doesn’t come clean, it looks worn after a few months. No information on how to clean other than soap and water. Won’t be buying this brand again.

We normally recommend cleaning the appliance with either warm water and soap or a mild detergent with a soft cloth. Using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning on the appliance’s surface may cause damage or a worn appearance to the finish. Avoid it!

There is only one advantage - it looks very "professional".
But it is totally not professional with the set of its features: 1. there is no even simple start delay, 2. You can't setup a temperature lower 100 degrees 3. Timer is a joke 4. 25 degrees step 5. You can easily scratch the surface. Use only microfiber and special cleaners.
I wish I knew it before buying. Now we stuck with expensive useless but butifuly looking stove.

Overheating

Recently got this stove and the entire stove overheats when it is on to the point where you can’t touch the knobs because you will burn yourself, anyone else having this issue?

Ouch ! Those Knobs Heat Up and Error Code After One Use !

I had the range delivered and installed on December 22 and didn’t use the oven until Christmas day.
The oven heats up great but unfortunately so do the front control knobs and not just a little bit. They are too hot to touch. I am grateful that I don’t have small children here to learn the hard way that the stove is hot. I am not exaggerating when I say they get hot. My kids say I have heat resistant hands when they feel the temperature of my dishwater so I am not a wuss.
After one Christmas dinner made, it started beeping repeatedly during our meal. I came in the kitchen and it was reading Error and now I can’t clear the message to use the oven. No warmed up pie for dessert here. I hope I can remedy this before I have to cook another meal.
I am disappointed with this range and wondering what the future holds if this was the first use. I am an accomplished cook and baker so I need an appliance I can rely on !
