Control Knobs get extremly HOT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello, we recently purchased this range and I have noticed that the control knobs get extremly hot when oven is on! I had to use oven mitts to change the temperature. I find this very upsetting, when I spoke with my slaes rep they said that is a problem and to reach out to you. This is our first purchase with Frigidaire and I'm not happy with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this installed and couldn't be happier. This is the inspiration for or total kitchen remodeling - coming soon. This range offers professional features for the home cook! Besides its beauty, we love having both convection cooking and an air fryer in one! The convection oven provides quicker and perfectly baked cookies. The dial oven temperature control is wonderful - makes setting the temperature so much easier. And the slideout oven rack is a great feature for ease and safety. The 5 burner cooktop provides options from fast boiling to simmering, and the stove-top griddle pan is an extra bonus. I highly recommend the Frigidaire Professional range for anyone looking to upgrade to more professional features!

Amazing cooker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this stove less than a week ago, the stove is an amazing cooker. Our food is much moister, and it cooks really fast. Being a full-time working mom, during the week I need a stove that can do the job in a timely manner. This stove does it, while keeping the food moist!
We love the middle heaters with the grilling tray, my husband (a picky griller) just used it over the weekend to cook steaks and he was impressed on how good his meat turned out. Overall, it is an amazing gas range, can’t wait to use the air frying feature!

Oven stop working after 3 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front left top burner do not work properly since I bought it, sometimes it does turn on and sometimes it does not. Oven stop working after 3 months of purchase. To make it worst the oven stoped working on Christmas Day so all of prepared food went to waste since my dad who is the only family that I have near, had coronavirus. Worst Experience Ever.

Worst oven ever

I bought this oven June 2020, the keys have gotten “stuck” 3x so far needing maintenance and replacement parts each time. The oven would just randomly shut off or overheat. The air fryer is completely useless

Good in theory... not a "professional" series

We were told we'd get our oven in 2 weeks. We waited over four months! The timer hasn't worked since day one. The area around the middle burners requires a tool to remove the parts and pieces required to clean the stove top. This is inconvenient if you plan to clean the stove top after every use as recommended. Even with regular cleaning it's impossible to get the stove top truly clean. I've not had this problem with previous stove tops. It's very frustrating. The surface of the stove/knob area scratches very easily even with gentle care. The knobs get very hot when using the oven. It also creates a very unpleasant smell when using the broil feature. I would not recommend this product to others. For the price, you could get a much higher quality product.

Poor design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knobs were bent toward the metal let if stove so every time you push and turn knob it scratched the stove, the inserts in oven chipped the inside ceramic coating, we have returned it to the store , awaiting another one
Never actually got to use it so nothing to say about the actual cooking capabilities, hopefully the next one is what we’re looking for
