Nice upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new 30” range ticked off all the boxes. I have an older home and I wanted a low to mid priced range that looked nice without breaking the bank and this model is that. It has an easy to clean surface, metal knobs that turn easily and won’t soften from the oven heat (yes that happened on my previous range), and all controls in the slide in model are on the front so no reaching over steaming pots for oven controls. Flames on all burners are even and very easy to control precisely including the large oval center burner with two burner adjustments. The 14 and 18 btu burners in front are large enough to boil water fast without hot spots. As the only identified downside there isn’t a wok ring with a 20-22 btu burner. The cast iron griddle is standard and also standard for the oven is an air fryer with basket, a temp probe and a sliding rack. The oven cooks evenly and is definitely an upgrade from my 15 yr old range as all modes including air fry, convection and normal cook well. This range has put the joy back in cooking!

Best Investment you will not ever regret!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband gifted me Le Creuset cookware at Christmas. He then suggested a gas stove which I have never cooked with before. We did our research and chose this model. We are so well pleased with the performance, appearance, and outcome of new recipes. We would highly recommend this manufacturer as well as model. Needless to say, we are now convinced that this gas stove is the only way to cook and the best decision for our household!

Oven love

There are many things to love about this model including the griddle, the simmer function, the air fry and the meat thermometer. While I was upset my previous stove quit, I am extremely happy with the looks and even cooking of this new stove.

This range brings the heat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great range! I have cooked in restaurants and am serious about food. I am not a chef, but I take pride in the meals I make my family.
This stove brings the heat. The five burners are powerful, with simple knobs to control the flame. The burners disassemble quickly for easy cleaning, and the recessed pan under the cooking grates traps spills and prevents water from reaching the burners. The grates are textured and hold the pans in place. The pots won't slide while you're stirring. The control area is intuitive and simple to understand. The burner knobs are well marked and easy to use. Our youngest daughter (12 years old) is learning to cook and has no trouble understanding the controls. The digital display is bright and clear.
The oven is larger than most models. It will easily hold a 25 pound turkey, or multiple trays of cookies, or a 16" pizza stone. The convection works well and spreads the heat evenly. The oven preheats quickly, and holds the heat after shutting off. We haven't used the warming function on the oven because it holds the heat so well. The oven also has a tray on glides that slide out of the oven similar to a drawer. It makes putting heavy or bulky things in the oven easy. The sliding tray and air fry tray are great additions to the oven. There is the typical storage drawer below the oven. It's a little less in height than some past ranges we've had, but that is because the oven is larger than typical. I will gladly give up some storage space for a larger capacity in the oven.
We have used the air fryer three times and I'm impressed with it's heat output. We haven't had an air fryer before, so we're still getting used to it. It does well with french fries and frozen Chinese dumplings. Crispy and hot. We made homemade crab rangoon in the air fryer. It cooked faster than we thought it would, but that was our error. The air fryer tray has a mesh basket that is simple to use and easy to clean.
There are a few negatives, but they pale in comparison to the pluses. The burner knobs get warm to the touch when the air fryer function is set at 450 degrees. The timer is a little slow to set. There is no keypad, so you have to hold the "+" button and watch the time advance by 5 minute increments. The oven temperature knob takes a little getting used to if you've had a keypad on a past range. There is a slight delay from when you stop turning the knob before it reads out the temperature setting on the display. These are minor items compared to the overall quality of the range, and certainly not deal breakers.
Overall, this is a high quality range with great power in the five burners and the oven functions. It is easy to use and simple to clean, and it looks great. I am very happy with it.

Would not buy fridgerdaire again.

Purchased gas range and it took 4 months to arrive and lasted 24 hours. Now we have to wait for Frigidaire to send repairman 3 times before we can do anything.
