I mostly use it at night because that's when I got most of my hot flashes. I'll press it when I feel a hot flash but it doesn't stop it or seem to make it go away quicker as the flash usually only lasts about a minute anyway. I have used the 30 minute program when I go to bed to aid in going to sleep. I can't really discern at this point if it helps more than having a fan going and a cooler room.

It took a while but it works

I wasn't sure if it was truly working. Packing up groceries in my coat I hit the button when I felt the hot flash starting and the relief hit my almost instantly. It took about 3 weeks before I noticed the difference!

It works. I use it for night sweats. I get a little more sleep. I love how it first starts with a coolness but sometimes at night when I wake up, I have to focus on my wrist to try to fall back asleep.
