Great for TWO of us!!

I am 84 and still get hot flashes. I also live in Arizona where the heat is beyond comfy. I use my Embrwave for flashes AND uncomfortable heat. PLUS when I get someplace extremely air conditioned, I get to use the heat!! I bought one for my daughter as well, and it works fantastically well for her!! Well worth it!

The All Night Cool feature has been a life saver. I had a hysterectomy which threw me into menopause and was waking up throughout the night with hot flashes. With the all night cool feature, I can now sleep throughout the night.

Male customer here managing hot flashes that accompany androgen deprivation therapy. Learning curve led to heading off flashes 80-90% of the time. Once learned I whould not be without it to manage this issue.

I decided to try this a few months ago and have to admit I was kind of skeptical. I have insomnia and no matter how cold I keep my place I’m still hot which makes it hard to sleep. Anyway, I tried it and I have to admit I love it! It has an app that has several different cycles you can pick from and there is one for sleep. I put it on before I got to bed and I have never slept better.

Not having the embr wave is the same thing as having it. It provides a momentary distraction from discomfort, but that doesn't last, you just go on being hot. And I have used it a LOT. I gave it more than a fair shake, I wear it every day, and I've had it for months. My results are zero benefit. Big waste of money, I do not recommend it.

Genuinely improves my quality of life, kind company

First of all, support this company because the CEO supports and is responsive to a group of us young women under 40 with breast cancer (so many of us are in early menopause and struggle with hot flashes). That type of kindness says a lot about the founder and the company’s values.
Secondly, it works. My embr wave goes everywhere I go, and I call it my external thermostat. Over the past year I have probably had 5 or 6 people buy one after seeing mine. I have hot flashes (my oncologist classed them “extremely severe”) from my breast cancer treatment and being so thermally disregulated is a huge pain. This little guy gives me a convenient coping mechanism on my wrist. If I feel a hot flash coming on, I just hit the cool button twice and this goes to work and cuts the intensity of my hot flash in half. It makes the difference between being able to discretely continue to pay attention in a meeting at work instead of fanning myself with a notebook and looking distraught.
The heat feature is honestly great, too! If we’re out to dinner and sit outside on a brisk evening or if I just get a chill in the house, the warmth makes me feel so much more comfortable.
I will say It doesn’t work for everyone - some people who have tried mine feel the temperature just on their wrist and it doesn’t make them feel warmed up or cooled down overall. For others, they find the heat or cold too intense. It’s important to try it out, but if it works for you it is worth it 1000 times over.

I bout this early this year for hot flashes. It has helped significantly over the months. The Enbr Wave detected my hot flash and then gradually cooled my wrist, which then helped to decrease the effects of the hot flash. Read the instructions and do what is suggested. I especially loved the hot flash feature because I was able to sleep. Let’s face it, some of these hot flashes are intense. The Embr Wave helped to decrease the intensity. It helped me get through the miserable hot flash night sweats when nothing else worked.
