I love it. It is worth the try.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 and I went through the entire gamet of treatments. My breast tissue was removed in 2019 and in 2021 I had a full hysterectomy. Since my diagnosis I had suffered from hot flashes and I had resolved to live with this condition until my husband found the Ember Wave 2! I'm giving it 5 stars because nothing compares to it. Sure, there could be some feature updates and I am sure there will be but in my opinion, there is absolutely nothing like it on the market.
I use this every day, all day long for my hot flashes. If I catch them right before they come on, it will stop them completely. Otherwise it just helps with the intensity. The battery last surprisingly long considering how often I use it. I can usually go 2 days without charging but I do not use it at night. I did a few times and it did help but by morning the battery was out and it left me without it during the day.

Did not think it would work, saved the box left it on my desk to send it back, but wow it works, my flashes are very intense and EW calms the heat down and I can sleep comfortably.

I love my Embr Wave! My hot flashes are cut nearly in half.
The only thing I would change is the band. I’m not liking the magnetic one, it won’t stay put.

The 8 hr or 9 hr cooling mode does not always last. My worst flashes/sweats are through the night.
